Puppy comes with 30 days of FREE health insurance from Nationwide. Buyer is advised to transfer the insurance into their own name before the 30 day mark, to maintain coverage. 

Money Refund 72-Hour Full Guarantee

If within 72 hours, a Licensed Vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned for a full refund – provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy “unhealthy for purchase.” This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer. Failure to return Puppy for any congenital defect discovered in the Preliminary Examination will bar any future claim. Any amount refunded will be reduced by actually incurred third party out of pocket expenses paid by the Seller to facilitate the return of Puppy to include travel and shipping.  Written notice of an intent to return Puppy must be provided to the Seller within 72 hours of receiving the puppy and must be accompanied by a copy of the wellness check. 

Health Guarantee

The health of our puppies is paramount to how we operate our breeding program. We want your puppy to be a lifelong friend, which is why Puppy Match is proud to offer a 3-Year Health Guarantee on all puppies.

All of our puppy parents are DNA tested through Embark, Canine Health Check, or GenSol Diagnostics. This helps ensure you are getting the very best bred puppy possible. Puppies come to you up-to-date on deworming and vaccines, vet checked, raised by the “Puppy Culture” method using ENS for the first two weeks, Volhard Temperament tested for a perfect placement, Micro Chipped with AKC Reunite, started on dog door and crate training, socialized with children, raised in the home, and pre-spoiled.

General Disclaimer

No breeder can state that any given Puppy will be completely free of a genetic defect. Puppy Match screens the background of all prospective sires and dames used in the breeding program to reduce the odds of whelping a genetically inferior or defective Puppy.

Transferability of Guarantee

The guarantee is made only with Buyer and is not transferable to any person or entity.

Veterinary Inspection

Buyer agrees to take Puppy to a veterinarian for a wellness check within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.  This examination must include a  written assessment of overall fitness and wellness signed by the veterinarian. Failure to receive a wellness check within 72 hours will void all guarantees under this agreement, express or implied.  The results of the wellness check must accompany any future request for a refund or exchange of Puppy.

General Health Guarantee

Following the conduct of the wellness check, and until Puppy reaches 36 months of age, if Puppy is found to have a congenital health defect that prevents Puppy from participating in normal daily activities, or takes the life of the puppy, Seller will offer a replacement Puppy from a future litter at the Seller’s earliest reasonable convenience.  Buyer must provide, from a licensed veterinarian, a written description of the defect, a description of the degree of physical impairment and a copy of the initial wellness check must accompany any request for replacement of Puppy. Seller reserves the right, at Seller’s expense, to have Puppy examined by a veterinarian of Seller’s choosing.  In the event that opinions of Buyer’s and Seller’s veterinarians differ, Buyer agrees that the final determination of the validity of any claim will be made by a veterinarian selected by mutual agreement of the veterinarians who provided opinions to Buyer and Seller.  The cost of the deciding opinion will be paid equally by Buyer and Seller.  This guarantee does not include viral illnesses, bacterial illnesses, acquired illness, vaccinosis, allergies, bites, infections, hernias, luxating patellas, hypoglycemia, Guardia, Coccidosis, indigestion of foreign objects, ingestion of food or chemicals, or physical injury contracted or incurred following Buyer’s receipt of Puppy.

We can not assume responsibility for this puppy after 72 hours of the sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly and keep it free from harm. Please remember that your puppy must be treated with great care and protected from danger. Puppy Match assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale.

Puppy Match assumes no responsibility for training difficulties or behavior problems.

We do not guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy’s parents and the weight of other puppies out of that mating. We can give the buyer an educated guess as to full grown weight, but there are too many variables besides genetics.

Replacement of Puppy

If, prior to 36 months of age, it is determined that the Puppy found to have a congenital health defect that prevents Puppy from participating in normal daily activities, or takes the life of the puppy, and Buyer is able to show that it has met the requirements of this agreement, the Puppy will be replaced in the following manner:

– At expense of Buyer, Puppy will be returned to Puppy Match in healthy condition other than with respect to the health  defects or issues giving rise to the return of Puppy.

-Buyer will provide all health records for Puppy since the original receipt of Puppy.

-Buyer will be placed into the current waiting list for the next available litter.

-Shipping expenses of a replacement puppy will be at the expense of Buyer.

-Only one replacement puppy will be given to the buyer, despite the number of health defects in the Puppy.

Right of Recovery

If Buyer cannot keep the Puppy then Seller will take back the Puppy at any time. If for any reason Buyer is unable to keep the puppy, Buyer agrees to return the puppy to Puppy Match and not place the puppy in another home unless given permission by the breeder. If Puppy is returned within the first 30 days, only half of the purchase price will be refunded after the puppy has been placed in his/her new home. The other half will cover the cost of re-advertisement and keeping the puppy current on vaccinations and worming until the puppy is placed in his/her new home. If the puppy is returned after the 30 days no money will be refunded.

Spay / Neuter Agreement

This Puppy is being sold for the purpose of a pet. 

-Buyer agrees to not allow the dog to reproduce.

-Buyer agrees to have the Puppy spayed or neutered before the Puppy is 12 months of age. 

-Verification of the Puppy’s sexual altering must be sent to the Seller within 14 days after the operation.

* -Failure to spay/neuter your dog, and or breed them, will result in a $5,000 fine. 

-If there is a dispute and the Seller has to bring legal action to enforce the contract, the Buyer will pay attorney fees. Any contract dispute will be handled in the Salt Lake City, UT court system.
